It makes this JRPG one of the top three popular games on Kickstarter.
Rabbit & Bear Studios Inc. is a development company established by game creators with a long history of working on JRPGs. Among the key developers are Suikoden co-creator Yoshitaka Murayama, Suikoden IV producer and writer Junko Kawano, and Suikoden Tierkreis director Osamu Komuta.
Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes is an epic experience in the world of classic JRPGs, with an intricate story and a gigantic cast of characters. Kickstarter campaign has begun on July 27, 2020 and now has come to a close bringing in a total of ¥481,621,841 ($4.5 million) in crowdfunding.
This way Hundred Heroes takes place in the top three with such games as a leader Shenmue 3’s with $6.3 million total in 2015 on Kickstarter, and with Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night with $5.5 million sitting in second place.
