JanduSoft S.L and Grimorio of Games announced that Game Seer Venture Partners, a venture capital firm based in Aschaffenburg, Germany, has provided full financing for Sword of the Necromancer. The $250,000 investment, combined with funds secured through a crowdfunding Kickstarter campaign, brings a total production budget of $450,000.
The investment from Game Seer has given the team the mentorship and creative freedom to follow our vision for Sword of the Necromancer. We can’t wait for the community to go hands on with Sword of the Necromancer, as we ramp up to a simultaneous PC, current and next-generation console launch in late 2020

Grimorio of Games is a two-person team based in Barcelona. After developing the hyper-active action-platformer Super Hyperactive Ninja, Grimorio of Games launched a Kickstarter for the upcoming roguelike Sword of the Necromancer.
Sword of the Necromancer casts players in the role of Tama, a former rogue determined to resurrect her lover, the priestess Koko, who she swore to protect along her pilgrimage. This brings Tama to a legendary crypt that’s rumoured to hold the power to raise the dead. It’s there where Tama obtains the Sword of the Necromancer, a cursed relic that can resurrect dead monsters… and turn them into allies in the process. Every enemy you defeat can be transformed into a companion, so it’s up to you how to amass your beastly party. Also, the co-op mode is available.
